• The S-PASS Money will be fully refundable upon cancellation.
• Request for cancellation of S-PASS should be informed only through the registered email address at refund.revanta@piramal.com with the subject line:
  Refund – S-CLASS along with complete bank details and a cancelled cheque copy. The refund request will be accepted post allocation phase.
  The timelines for the refund shall be 60 days from the date of refund request.
• Incase of cancellation,all special benefits/offers,if anywill stand withdrawn even if the Applicant/s rebook at a later date.
• TheApplicant/s confirms that while submitting this S-PASSform,theApplicant/s has complied with all the applicable laws including those pertaining to
  source of funds used for this S-PASS.
• The Applicant/s has/have gone through all the details of the Project uploaded on the MAHARERA website, https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in
• Under no circumstances, the Applicant/s shall be allowed to change the source of this S-PASS during the transaction. The details of the source as mentioned in this S-PASS form shall be final once executed and submitted.
• The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject this S-PASS at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason for the same.
• The S-PASS form and the terms hereof shall supersede all the prior discussions and correspondences (written/ otherwise) between the Applicant/s and the Promoter.
• Nothirdpartypaymentsshallbeaccepted.
• ThisS-PASSisnon-transferable.
• Except for what is stated here in above,this S-PASS does not create any right in favour of the Applicant/s inrespectto the Projector any part there of.
• TheApplicant/shas/have read andunderstood the Terms&Conditions oft his S-PASS for priority booking request to buy an apartment/residential flat
  in the Project “S-CLASS ”, (MahaRERA registration no. Piramal Revanta T4 – P51800031310, Website: https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in) at Piramal Revanta and the Applicant/s is/are willingly conveying his/her/ their acceptance of the same.
