11. The Promoter has registered the Project based on proposed plan and is in the process of getting approval.

12. Under no circumstances, the Applicant/s shall be allowed to change the source of this EOI during the transaction. The details of the source as mentioned in this EOI form shall be final once executed and submitted.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject this EOI at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason for the same.
14. The EOI form and the terms hereof shall supersede all the prior discussions and correspondences (written/ otherwise) between the Applicant/s and the Promoter.
15. No third party payments shall be accepted.
16. This EOI is non-transferable.
17. Except for what is stated herein above, this EOI does not create any right in favour of the Applicant/s in respect to the Project or any part thereof.
18. The Applicant/s has/have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this EOI for priority booking request to buy an apartment/ residential flat in the Project “RAVIK”, (MahaRERA registration no.
